Product description of the mango processing line
Mango processing lines can produce various types of finished products from fresh mango. Popular products such as mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate, mango paste, mango juice, line for processing mango drinks from fresh mango to the final product are packed aseptically in barrels.

Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
When the fresh mango arrives, usually with big trucks, unloading by labor would be very difficult. So we designed the unloading platform and used water gun to unload the fresh mango from the truck, we also use water to deliver the fresh mango to the processing line. And there is another function of the unloading platform, it can pre-wash fresh mango before processing.
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
Fresh fruit must be washed thoroughly before mashing. For washing we can use a bubble washer and a brush and spray washer together. If the need for washing is high, additional washing steps may be added. For a better cleaning effect, we can also add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
The mango peeler runs at 1470 rpm to crush fresh mangoes to ensure that all mango seeds and skins are completely clean, which can significantly reduce waste and improve pulp yield. The cores will be shipped from the factory and the pulp will be pumped to the next step.
The preheater is used to heat the product behind the crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45 ℃ to 85 ℃. This processing step would help increase the juice rate for the next step and may also protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
The machine also operates at 1470 rpm, so the centrifugal force and product flow through the sieve, which is advantageous for product refining. Usually we use a two-stage pulper and a refiner, the sieve of each stage is different, the sieve of the first stage is larger and the sieve of the second stage is smaller. The yield of tomato pulp in a two-stage pulper can reach 60% to 75%. After whipping, the skin and seeds of the tomatoes are separated from the pulp of the tomatoes. The machine has a large workload and stable performance, easy to operate and replace the sieve, is suitable for various fruits, including passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, apples, etc.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
We use a tube-in-tube sterilizer for sterilization on mango puree. Sterilization temperature and residence time are adjustable. Using this machine, heat the ketchup to a high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and then immediately cool to room temperature. In this way, you can also protect the nutritional content of the test and the tomato puree as much as possible. The whole system uses programmable control. The operating system uses a human-machine image interface that is convenient and intuitive to understand the operating status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works with a test tube sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Prior to production, the cycle will be fully sterilized to ensure an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is also protected from steam to ensure that the filling environment is aseptic. Security - providing various ways of security. 11. Storage or go blending
