1. Discharge platform

To address this issue, we have developed a specialized drainage platform that utilizes water guns to facilitate the unloading process. This same platform can also be used to pre-wash the mangoes prior to processing. 

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Thorough washing of fresh fruits is essential prior to the crushing process. Our cleaning methods include the use of bubble washers and brush & spray washers. For clients with higher cleaning standards, additional cleaning stages can be added. Furthermore, we offer optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods to enhance the cleaning efficacy of our process.

4. Sorting

After the washing procedure, the exteriors of the fruits are thoroughly cleansed, and our personnel perform a visual examination of all the fruits to evaluate their state. Any flawed tomatoes are identified and manually separated by our team.

5. Destoning

Our mango remover operates at a speed of 1470 r/min, effectively crushing the fresh mango to ensure that both the core and skin are thoroughly cleaned. This process minimizes waste and maximizes pulp yield, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective production process. The core is extracted from the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage of the production line.

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 r / min, which creates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. And usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens for each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen. Two-stage pulp making machines for tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp.  It is easy to operate and the sieve can be replaced. Suitable for a wide variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

9. Sterilizing

The mango pulp puree undergoes sterilization using a tube-in-tube type sterilizer, where the sterilization temperature and holding time can be adjusted according to specific requirements. In the case of tomato paste processing, this machine ensures that it undergoes rapid heating at a high temperature of approximately 115 °C for 30 seconds, followed by swift cooling to ambient temperature. This approach not only guarantees the sterilization of the tomato paste but also helps preserve its nutritional value. The entire system is equipped with programmable control for efficient operation. The operating system incorporates a user-friendly graphical interface, allowing users to easily monitor and comprehend the operational status of each device component.

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine works in conjunction with a tube-in-tube sterilizer, creating a closed-loop system. Before production, the system undergoes comprehensive sterilization to establish a sterile environment. The filling chamber is protected from steam, ensuring aseptic conditions for filling. A separate control panel is provided for streamlined operation. The machine can be seamlessly integrated with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and automatic SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) systems when paired with sterilizers. Furthermore, it offers convenient adaptability to accommodate various capacities and dimensions of aseptic bags.

11. Storage or go blending

The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
