1. Discharge platform

To overcome the challenges associated with manually unloading raw mangoes from large trucks, we have introduced a dedicated drainage platform equipped with water guns. This platform not only simplifies the unloading process but also serves as a pre-washing step for the mangoes before they enter our processing line. By incorporating this innovative solution, we effectively streamline the unloading and pre-processing stages, ensuring that the mangoes are prepared for subsequent processing in a prompt and efficient manner.

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Thorough washing of fresh fruits is essential prior to the crushing process. Our cleaning methods include the use of bubble washers and brush & spray washers. For clients with higher cleaning standards, additional cleaning stages can be added. Furthermore, we offer optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods to enhance the cleaning efficacy of our process.

4. Sorting

After the washing process, the surfaces of the fruits are thoroughly cleansed, and our dedicated staff conducts a visual inspection of each fruit to evaluate its condition. Any imperfect or defective tomatoes are meticulously identified and manually sorted out by our skilled team. We maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process to guarantee that only top-quality fruits are utilized in our production line, thereby ensuring the utmost quality and safety of our final products.

5. Destoning

Our mango remover operates at a speed of 1470 r/min, effectively crushing the fresh mango to ensure that both the core and skin are thoroughly cleaned. This process minimizes waste and maximizes pulp yield, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective production process. The core is extracted from the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage of the production line.

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

Operating at a speed of 1470 r/min, this machine generates centrifugal force to allow the product to pass through the screen, facilitating the refining process. Typically, a dual-stage pulper and refiner configuration is utilized. Each stage is equipped with a different screen size, with the first stage featuring a larger screen and the second stage employing a smaller one. With this two-stage pulping machine, tomato pulp extraction rates of 60% to 75% can be achieved. The pulping process effectively separates the tomato skin and seeds from the pulp. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance, offering ease of operation and convenient sieve replacement. It is suitable for processing a wide variety of fruits, including passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes, and apples.

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

9. Sterilizing

The mango pulp puree undergoes sterilization using a tube-in-tube type sterilizer, where the sterilization temperature and retention time can be adjusted according to specific requirements. Similarly, the tomato paste is subjected to high temperatures of approximately 115 °C for a duration of 30 seconds, followed by rapid cooling to ambient temperature. This method ensures effective sterilization while preserving the nutritional content of the tomato paste to the greatest extent possible.

The entire system is equipped with programmable control, allowing for precise control and automation of the process. The operating system features an intuitive image-based man-machine interface, providing operators with a convenient and clear overview of the operational status of each component of the device. This user-friendly interface enhances efficiency and facilitates easy monitoring and control of the entire system.

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine works in conjunction with a tube-in-tube sterilizer, creating a closed cycle system. Prior to production, the entire cycle undergoes a comprehensive sterilization process to establish an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is specifically designed to be protected from vapor, ensuring sterility within the filling environment.

To ensure the utmost security and product integrity, the machine incorporates multiple safety measures. Clean and seamless weld lines are achieved through the utilization of mirror welding technology. An independent control panel allows for precise control and monitoring of the filling process. The machine can be seamlessly integrated with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and automatic SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) systems, further enhancing its sterilization capabilities. Moreover, the machine offers easy adjustability to accommodate a variety of capacities and sizes of aseptic bags, providing flexibility to meet diverse production requirements.

11. Storage or go blending

The end product can be stored as is or utilized as a raw material for the manufacturing of tomato sauce or ketchup.
