This full automatic tomato paste concentrate processing line is designed for small to medium industrial food factories that need stable, high-yield tomato deep processing. It covers every core step from fresh tomato feeding, washing, crushing, preheating, refining, multi-effect vacuum concentration, sterilization to aseptic filling, ensuring the final tomato paste meets global food safety standards. The line supports 500kg/h to 5000kg/h adjustable capacity, perfectly matching the annual production schedule of tomato harvest seasons. It can produce different Brix levels of tomato paste, from 28-30% to 36-38%, suitable for making industrial bulk raw material sauce, catering packaging tomato sauce and tomato base for ketchup production. All product contact parts are made of food grade 304 stainless steel. The multi-effect vacuum concentrator runs at low temperature below 65℃, which well preserves natural lycopene, bright red color and pure fresh tomato flavor, avoiding browning and nutrient loss.
