This pineapple juice beverage line is engineered for high-volume filling operations, taking extracted pineapple juice through blending, sterilization, and bottling at rates of 5,000 to 20,000 bottles per hour.
High-Speed Filling Architecture
The core of this line is a rotary filling monoblock that handles rinsing, filling, and capping in a single synchronized unit. For pineapple beverages, the system is typically configured for hot-fill operation (85-95°C), which ensures commercial sterility while accommodating the thermal sensitivity of pineapple flavor compounds. The filling valves are designed for particulate-containing liquids if your product includes pineapple pulp or pieces.
From Juice to Finished Beverage
Upstream of the filler, the line includes blending tanks for sugar and acid adjustment, a UHT sterilization unit for microbial reduction, and a holding tube to ensure proper dwell time. Post-filling, bottles pass through a warming tunnel to prevent thermal shock, then to labeling and packing stations.
Bottle and Cap Flexibility
The filling system accepts PET bottles ranging from 200ml to 1.5L with neck diameters between 28mm and 38mm. Changeover between bottle formats is achieved through quick-release star wheels and adjustable guide rails, typically within 30 to 60 minutes.
Controls and Cleaning
The line operates under PLC control with a touchscreen HMI displaying real-time parameters: filling temperature, flow rate, bottle count, and CIP status. An integrated CIP system circulates cleaning solution through all product pathways without manual disassembly.
Capacity Range Explained
The 5,000-20,000 BPH range covers small-batch craft production through to high-output commercial bottling. For pineapple juice specifically, we recommend matching capacity to your sterilization system’s rated flow to maintain consistent product temperature throughout the fill.
Delivery and Support
Each line is factory-tested before shipment. We provide layout drawings, utility requirements, and a spare parts list. On-site installation and training are available for international projects.
