Different from traditional long-time low temperature sterilization, this technology makes finished tomato juice have longer shelf life without adding extra preservatives, meeting the clean label trend of global beverage market.
The line can support two different tomato juice production modes: clear transparent tomato juice and cloudy pulpy tomato juice, you only need to adjust the filtering unit to switch between two product types. The independent seasoning mixing tank allows you to precisely add salt, vitamin C and other allowed ingredients according to custom formula, making final product taste fully meet local market consumer preference.
