Commercial Dried Mango Processing Line with Low Temperature Drying System

This commercial dried mango processing line is specially built for preserved fruit factories that need to produce uniform, good chewy and long shelf life dried mango slices. It includes mango cleaning, peeling, pit removing, slicing, sugar soaking, pre-drying, low temperature hot air circulation drying, cooling and final packaging sections.
The daily capacity ranges from 1 ton to 10 tons, which can meet the production demand of small and medium scale dried fruit processing plants. The temperature of drying chamber can be adjusted precisely from 40℃ to 80℃, which avoids high temperature damage to mango natural color and nutrition.
This line can also produce other dried tropical fruits such as dried pineapple, dried papaya and dried guava, greatly improving the utilization rate of equipment. It is equipped with hot air recycling system, which reduces energy consumption and lowers long term operation cost.
