Commercial Mango Puree Making Line for Beverage and Dairy Factory

This industrial mango puree processing line is designed for large and medium food factories that need to produce high consistency, no fiber residue mango pulp for beverage, yogurt, ice cream and jam raw material usage. It uses double stage refining technology to separate coarse fiber and fine mango puree, ensuring the final product with smooth texture.
The line supports capacity from 1 ton per hour to 20 ton per hour, which can handle both fresh ripe mango and frozen thawed mango as raw material. It is equipped with vacuum deaerator to remove air inside mango puree, effectively reducing oxidation browning and extending product storage life.
The final sterilization and aseptic filling section can pack mango puree into 200L aseptic bag in drum, which is very suitable for long distance transportation and industrial bulk supply. All key pipelines adopt quick connection design, making CIP automatic cleaning more convenient and no cross contamination.
